N0. 11380 ORDER ADOPTING PROVISIOP?S OF SECTION 25 (d), Article I, TEXAS LIaUOR CONTROL
ACT AS AMENDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF SEDTATE BILL N0. 346, 62ND LEGISLATURE SO
AS TO PROVIDE FOR EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE SALE OP P4IXED BEVERAGES IN THOSE
PORTIONS OF KERB COUNTY LYING OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
KERRVILLE
On this the 12th day of July, 1971, came on to be heard and r,onsidered by the Court
the matter of adopting the provisions of Section 25 (d), Article I, Texas Liquor Control
Act as amended by the provisions of Senate Bill No. 346, 62nd Legislature, so as to provide
for the extension of the hours for the lawful sale of mixed beverages in Kerr County outside
of the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville, and it appearing to the Court that the
City of Kerrville, the only incorporated muni~ipaiity within Kerr County, Texas, has here-
tofore adopted the provisions of said Section 25 (d); and it further appearing to the Court
that the interests of law enforcement would be best served by the provisions of uniform
hours for the sale of mixed beverages within all of those areas of Kerr County where the
sale thereof is not otherwise forbidden, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Sehwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commis-
sinners Court of Kerr County does hereby adopt the provisions of Section 25 (d), Article I,
Texas Liquor Control Act as amended by Senate Bill No. 346, 62nd Legislature, and in so
doing adopts all the provisions of said statutory enactment governing the hours for the
lawful sale of mixed beverages which are applicable to r,ounties having a population of
3CO,000 or more according to the last preceeding Federal Census, with the applicability of
the Court's action to extend to all areas of Kerr County outside the corporate limits of
the City of Kerrville where the sale o`_' mixed beverages is now or shall hereafter become
lawful.

P?0. 11381 TRAD;SFER OF $10,000.00 FROT•7 GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
Gn this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, senond-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and the
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Offir,ers Salary Fund.

N0. 11382 TRAT?SFER OF $30,000.00 FROM GF.NF.RAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND TO GENERAL FUND
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and the
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $30,000.00 from the Rced
&Bridge Fund to the General Fund.

N0. 11383 APPORTIONMENT OF ;68,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGF, FUND
On this the 12th day of July 1y71, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
