by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Flat of Scenic Acres, subject
by Kerr County
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed until residential
development shall justify said maintenance.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for fencing materials for right-of-way on F. PT. Road 480.
Snenifioations are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. I~=., September 13, 1971, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and
all bids.
