Upon motion made by Cormissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously accepted said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk for
further reference and subject to audit.

On this the 9th day of August 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Flat of Scenic Acres, subject
by Kerr County
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumedjuntil residential
development shall justify said maintenance.

to advertise for bids for fencing materials for right-of-way on F. P1. Road 480.
Spenifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'c,lonk A. i~., September 13, 1971, at which time all
bids will be publicly opene3 and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and
all bids.
