FUND, TO MAKE EXPED?DITU~l: OF ACt;t~UED EARNINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF AC'~UIRING	
RIGHT-OF-dVAY FGR STATE HIGHWAY N0. 16 IN KERR COUNTY	
On this the 9th day of August, ly`71 came on to be heard and considered by the Court,	
acting in its capar,ity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Hoad Fund, pursuant to	
judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the docket of the Second Thirty-eighth District Court	
of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas,	
Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fu:id, as to the purposes for which certain accrued	
earnings of said Trust Fund might be expended in furtherance of the purposes for which said	
trust is created;	
And it :appearing to the Court that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County is co Remitted	
to secure additional right-of-way for the rer,onstruction of State Highway 16 in Kerr County	
commencing at the city limits of the City of Kerrville, at the intersection of F. PI. Road	
689 with said highway, and running for a distance of 7 miles to the proxis,ity of the inter-	
section of F. M. Road 1273 with said highway;	
And it further appearing to the Court that all of the funds required for such right-	
of-way procurement cannot be provided from the current revenues of Kerr County and that	
the improvement of the aforesaid portion of State Highway 16 is essential to provide	
adequate access to and from the City of Kerrville fo.r the areas of development which this	
road serves, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel	
and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, acting	
in its r,apar,ity as Advisory Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, hereby reco:.~mends	
that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles Schreiner	
Road Fund, expend those funds now under its control which constitute the earnings of the	
said trust fund for the year 1970 as well as prior years for the purpose of aiding the	
Commissioners Court of Kerr County in the procurement of right-of-way for the reconstruc-	
tion of the portion of State Highway 16 as aforesaid;	
And it is further recommended that the said Chas. Schreiner Bank make payment of such	
accrued funds to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in t~:e Highway 1.6 Right-of-Way Fund	d~~
within the Kerr Count;y~ Treasury Acecunt, doing so at such time as all current investment	
of these funds have reached their full maturity dates.
