COURT RE-COPTVE"TED AUGUST 10, 1971 at 9:00 o'clock A. rt., with all members present
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11401 AFFROVAL OF QUART?~'RLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 10th day of August 1971, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur-
er of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1971 and ending cn the
31st day of July 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said Hands as ref lerted in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said a~~ounts received and paid out of the resper,tive funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
ac,~ounts of said Treasurer in acnordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

Iv'0. 11402 APPROVAL CF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEP,ENT OF COUPdTY
CLERK OF IDTDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the loth day of August 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and rer,eipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning ASay 1, 1971 end ending
July 31, 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

On this the 12th day of August 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Pl::t of Sunny Acres, Lots 2 and
3, Block C.
