PTO. 11404 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1972
On this the 20th day of August 1y71, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption c£ the County Budget for the year 1y72. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Texss for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the ccnsideration of the public interest of
the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1972.

N0. 11405 APPROVAL OF CLAIAI5 AND ACCOUPTT.S
On this the 20th day of August 1y71, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Comr;issioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved fcr payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1 and 4, General and Officers
Salary Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed, Pages 1427 and 1428, Vounher
Pros. ?9914 thru 2y933, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Ylat of Kerrville
Ranchettes, ;object to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will rot be
assumed by Kerr ^,ounty until. residential debelopment shall justify said maintenance.
