PTO. 11404 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1972
On this the 20th day of August 1y71, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Bud gat for the year 1972. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of
the Community, the Court is o£ the opinion that the proposed budgei should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commi-ssioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1972.

PTO. 11405 APPROVAL OF CLASI~7S AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 20t?i day of August 1y71, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
.-. the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved fcr payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1 and 4, General and Officers
Salary Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed, Forges 1427 and 142F?, Voucher
PTos. 2yy14 thru 29y33, wk:ir,h were made a part hereof and of this order.

approved by the Court.
