N0. 11404 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1972
On this the 20th day of August 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1972. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the Cit;;~ of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the oubli~ interest of
the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1972.

N0. 11405 APPROVAL OF CLAIPIS AND ACCOUPdl'S
On this the 20th day of August 1y71, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
..~ the last term of Court, wh.ieh r,laims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1 and 4, General and Officers
Salary Funds, as shown in the Ivlinutes of Accounts allowed, Pages i42'7 and 142F?, Vounher
Nos. 29914 thru 2933, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court,

Ranchettes, aubject to the provisions that a^tual. maintenance of roadways will. not be
assumed by Kerr ^ounty anti:. residential debelopn:ent shall justi-fy said maintenance.
