ed bids for fencing materials for rigla-of-way on F. "4. Road ~-80, as per specifications on
file in tl-ie County Clerk's Of_`ice.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
found that the bid of Char7.es Schreiner Company,for domestic manufactured wire and gates be
a^nepted as the lowest and best bi.d for fenr,ing material for F. M. Road 480.
Tiotion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

claims and amounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and amounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and bridge "?os, 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral. Road No. 1,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Permanent Improvement and F. PI. 480
R;'PI Funds, as shown in the I~iinutes of Ac^ounts allowed from page 1431 thru 1434 , Voucher
Nos. 30010 thru 30144 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Ccurt.

On this the 13th d=xy of Se pternber 19`71, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of Aur;ust of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true •and corrent
end should be approved; therefore upon motion of Cornmissioner Stone, seconded by Cor•rmis-
sinner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be ancepted
end filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
