three claims in the 2nd 3L?th Judicial District Court of Kerr County pursuant to Article
7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, the said L`auses being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows:

It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served
with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that
intervention and filing of claims in these causes are required to preserve the maims of
Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delin~,uent taxes due them and constituting
a lien on the property which is subject to the said delin~quer_t tax suits, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Bartel., seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved
„_, by the Court that the County Attorney Edgar A. PJaliace, be authorized ar_d direr_ted to pro-
ceed to file an intervention in the said pauses as above set forth and otherwise proceed
according to law in this matter.

On this the 13th day of September, 1y71, came on to be heard and r,onsidered by the
court the proposal of Lloyd F. Taylor and wife, Linda B. Taylor, to grant a parcel of land
required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 480 between Center Point and Camp Verde; and
it appearing to the Court th a it would be in the best interests o_° Kerr County to acnept
their proposal to grant the reouired right-of-way in consideration for rertair_ arts to be
performed by Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel. and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the
proposal of Lloyd F. Taylor and m~ife, Linda B. Taylor, to grant a conveyance to the State
of Texas as to 1.y77 acres of land out of Survey No. 46, E. Williams, required for the re-
,~,~ r,onstrurtion of F. M. Road ~+80, t},e consideration for the granting of said conveyance berg
the agreement by Kerr County to provide the following:
1. Kerr County will provide a two course asphalt and gravel surfacing for a new road-
