N0. 11427 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of September 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts
since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved Łor payment by the
Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of F. M. 480 Right-of-Way Fund and General Fund,
as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed on page 1436 , Voucher Nos. 30217 thru
30230 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11428 DISMISSAL OF CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST IDA L. KNEESE AND HUSBAND, ADOLPH

On this the 23rd day of September 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the condemnation
proceedings against Ida L. Kneese and husband, Adolph 0. Kneese, Order No. 11,324, be
dismissed due to settlement.

N0. 11429 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GUADALUPE VALLEY ESTATES
On this the 23rd day of September 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Guadalupe Valley
Estates, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the road ease-
ments dedicated for public use and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated, and it
is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to the roadways
shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat before it will be accepted for filing
in the Plat Rer,ords of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 23rd day of September 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

Country Lumber and Hardware Company (Center Point), be rejected for pine posts.
