NO. 11437 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CE$TIFICATE N0. 20390 - 20395 INCLUSIVE
On this the 30th day of September 1971, came on to be examined by the Court Certifi-
Bates of Cancellation, Certificate Nos. 20390 - 20395 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that
the reasons set out in said Certifioate for the cancellation of taxes are good and suffi-
dent; it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sohwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

N0. 11438 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF LEON F. MAPLES, SHERIFF, TO MOVE VERNON T. GROSS
UP AS FULL TIME DEPUTY SHERIFF, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1971
On this the 30th day of September 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Sohwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Sohwethelm and Bartel voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Sallee voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the request

of Leon F. Maples, Sheriff, to move Vernon T. Gross up as a full time Deputy SYieriff, be
approved, effective October 1, 1971 and that his salary be set at $6,270.00 per annum,
effective October 1, 1971.

N0. 11439 TERMINATION OF AUTO ALLOWANCE FOR VERNON T. GROSS
On this the 30th day of September 1971, upon motion of Commissioner Sohwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the auto allowance for
Vernon T. Gross, Center Point Nightwatchman, be terminated, effective September 30, 1971.

On this the 1st day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cypress Park Section
Three, subjent to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance. It is further

N0. 11441 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF ELM PASS RANCH PROPERTY OF CAMP WOOD RANCH, INC.
On this the 1st day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Elm Pass Ranch Property
of Camp Wood Ranch, Inc., provided in so doing, Kerr County does not adept as County Road-
ways the road easements dedicated for publio use and further, that Kerr County does not
assume responsibility for repair maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways
so dedicated. It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners Court, relative to
