Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1971 and held on deposit ~~~ in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 53021.40. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11445 ORDER AUTHORIZING THE r,OUNTY JUDGE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PROCUREMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF KERR FOR 50-50 RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED ON STATE HIGHWAY N0. 16, FROM F. M. 689, SOUTH OF KERRVILLE, SOUTH TO INTERSECTION WITH F. M. 1273 IN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this, the 12th day of October, A.D. 1971, came on for consideration by the Commis- sioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering into contractual agreement for right of way procurement by and between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Highway Department and Kerr County, acting by and through its authorized officials, by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for the _, procurement of right of way on a 50-50 right of way on State Highway No. 16 from F. M. 689, south of Kerrville, south to intersection with F. M. 1273 in Kerr County, Texas, and that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County that Kerr County enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for procurement of right of way on a 50-50 right of way on State Highway No. 16 between F. M. 689, south of Kerrville and intersection with F. M. 1273, in Kerr County, Texas; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized and he is hereby authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project. Kerr County accepts the offer made by the State to waive the requirements that the County submit property valuations to the State and the State make the determination of values at State expense, as provided for in Paragraph 2 under "Determination of Right of Way Values" in said Contractual Agreement. Upon motion by Commissioner Sehwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the foregoing ~~ order was approved by a unanimous vote of the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11446 ESTABLISHMENT OF HIGHWAY 16 RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND AND ORDER FOR DEPOSIT OF SCHREINER ROAD FUND MONEY On this the 12th day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund be established and that the money heretofore received from Chas.
