M. 689, SOUTH OF KERRVILLE, SOUTH TO INTERSECTION WITH F. M. 1273 IN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this, the 12th day of October, A.D. 1971, came on for consideration by the Commis- sioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering into contractual agreement for right of way procurement by and between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Highway Department and Kerr County, acting by and through its authorized officials, by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for the .-. procurement of right of way on a 50-50 right of way on State Highway No. 16 from F. M. 689, south of Kerrville, south to intersection with F. M. 1273 in Kerr County, Texas, and that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County that Kerr County enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for pronurement of right of way on a 50-50 right of way on State Highway No. 16 between F. M. 689, south of Kerrville and intersection with F. M. 1273, in Kerr County, Texas; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the County Judge, Julius R. S. TREASURY BILLS On this the 12th day of October, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain surplus funds currently on deposit in the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund; and It appearing to the Court that investment of such funds in United States Treasury Bills ~~~ would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S. Treasury Bills with a maturity value of $40,000.00 and maturing May 31, 1972, for Kerr County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas.
