Treasury Bills with a maturity value of X40,000.00 and maturing May 31, 1972, for Kerr County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas. STATE OF TEXAS ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE ORESENTS: COUNTY OF KERR ~ THAT, the County Commissioners of Kerr County and Ernst Reeh and wife, Stella Reeh, have this day entered into the following agreement: Reference is here made to Right-of-Way Deed from Ernst Reeh and wife, Stella Reeh, to the State of Texas, bearing date of the 2nd day of March, A. D. 1951, covering a road-way through said Reeh's place as fully shown and described in the deed heretofore mentioned and this memorandum is made to show the consideration moving from Kerr County to said Reehs for said deed.
