would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S.
Treasury Bills with a maturity value of X40,000.00 and maturing May 31, 1972, for Kerr
County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills
as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas. Schreiner Bank as to the actual purchase
price, and making the said voucher payable as directed by the said bank; and
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to sign any necessary
~ purchase orders or other instruments on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 11448 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FENCE CONSTRUCTION ON F. M. 480
On this the 12th day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
,._, by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for fence construction on F. M. 480. Bids will be received until
10:00 o'clock A.M., November 8, 1971, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read. Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Kerr County reserves
the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County for two consecutive
weeks, October 20 and 27, 1971.

granted for F. M. Road 1341 as of March 2, 1951, be recorded in the Minutes of the Commis-

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE ORESENTS:
COUNTY OF KERR ~
THAT, the County Commissioners of Kerr County and Ernst Reeh and wife, Stella Reeh,
have this day entered into the following agreement:
Reference is here made to Right-of-Way Deed from Ernst Reeh and wife, Stella Reeh, to
the State of Texas, bearing date of the 2nd day of March, A. D. 1951, covering a road-way
through said Reeh's place as fully shown and described in the deed heretofore mentioned
and this memorandum is made to show the consideration moving from Kerr County to said Reehs
for said deed.
Kerr County, through its proper officers, agree to make the following improvements
through said Reehs property, said improvements to be made at the cost and expense of said
County, as hereinafter set out, to-wit:
The road which is 70 feet in width is to be fenced at the present time on the South

side by moving present fenr,e or fences now located on the property line between Wm. Lich
and Ernst Reeh replacing the necessary gates in said fence; and at such time as may be
requested by the said Ernst Reeh and wife, Stella Reeh, in writing, build fences on the
North and South side of the road through said Ernst Reeh's property, constructed of one
