On this the 12th day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
F. M. Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 480 Right-of-Way Fund.

NO. 11453 APPORTIONMENT OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of October 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 from the
General Hoad and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

On this the 12th day of October 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the matter

of proposed salary increases for elected County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, as hereto-
fore budgeted and it is hereby ordered that notice be published for two consecutive weeks
in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas that it is the intention of the Commission-
ers Court to consider the following proposed salary increases at the regular November, 1971
Term, namely November 8, 1971 at 11:30 A. M., pursuant to Article 38831, Sec. 1, 15 and
18, V.T.C.S. and that such increases if ordered shall be effective December 1, 1971, or
such date thereafter not deemed to be in violation of any order of the United States Govern-
ment
