Maintenance Fund in the amount of $71,000.00 should properly be applied to redeem, prior to maturity dates, certain bonds of this series and thereby effect a saving of interest costs to the taxpayers of Kerr County, it is hereby ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby declares that it will exercise its option to redeem as of January 15, 1972 and prior to maturity Bonds Number 155 through 225, inclusive, of the Kerr County Flood Control Bonds, Series 1956, which bonds in the principal amount of $71,000.00 would mature serially from January 15, 1984 through January 15, 1991; and it is further ordered that the Treasurer of Kerr County give notice hereof by a certified copy of this order to the Chas.
