On this the 8th day of November 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the implementation of the salary increases for certain elected officials of

Kerr County as ordered this date pursuant to order Numbers 11454 and 11469 and it appear-
ing to the Court that its procedures in the matter were in compliance with the statutory
laws of the State of Texas, but were however not intended to violate any applicable rule,
regulation or statute of the United States Government, it is so ordered on motion by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the
Court that the aforesaid salary increases heretofore ordered to become effective December
1, 1971 shall be implemented as of that date only to the extent to which they are not
deemed to be in conflict with any applicable rule, regulation or statute of the United
States Government and such portions of the aforesaid salary increases as are not implemented
on December 1, 1971 shall be thereafter implemented effective such dates and times and to
such extent as they no longer are deemed to be in conflict with applicable rules, regula-
tions or statutes of the United States Government.

to contract with B. D. Drury for storage space consisting of 1600 sq. ft. at $160.00 per
month. Said space to be used for storing records and ballot boxes.
