Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebted- ness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning August 1, 1971 and ending October 31, 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and subject to audit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11477 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER On this the 9th day of November 1971, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur- er of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1971 and ending on the 31st day of October 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. 1t is ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. S. Treasury Bills with a maturity value of X10,000.00, which funds will be credited to the Special Hight of Way Fund upon maturity date of November 30, 1971, and it appearing to the Court that the sum of X10,000.00 out of the Special Right of Way Fund. should be promptly reinvested for an additional period of six months pending possible need of this fund Łor expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $10,000.00 out of the Kerr County Special Right of Way Fund be invested in ___. an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investment shall be made as soon as the proceeds of the U. S. Treasury Bills maturing on November 30, 1971 have been credited to the Special Right of Way Fund, and that such Certificate of Deposit shall be fora period o` six months from date of investment. ~~~ And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a proper voucher in the amount of $10,000.00 on the Special Right of Way Fund to effect the ~?;~~ ~. r aforesaid investment with the Chas. ROAD 480 Un this the 24th day of November, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of restating the terms and provisions of Order No. 1.1,400, Offer to Roland '~ E. Walters for Right of Way for F. P7. Road 480, as entered by the Court on the 9th day of August, 1971, which order is of record in Vol. N, Page 243 of the Plinutes of the Court; and the Court, after due consideration of the elements of damages and other factors involved, acting on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, hereby restates its original offer as follows: I. Kerr County will pay Roland E. Walters the sum of ;614,500.00 for land, damages, and severance damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of right of way comprising 7.1 acres of land out of Survey 101, together with his granting of two channel easements comprising 0.379 acres out of Survey 101. This payment will be made to Roland E. Walters, or as he may otherwise in writing direct, upon his delivery to Kerr County of the Right of Way Deed and Channel Easements as aforesaid, properly executed by himself and wife, Mary A. Walters, together with partial release of all liens of record as to the 7.1 acres of right of way conveyed. II. In addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County agrees that it will not undertake to close and abandon as a public roadway any portion of the present right of way of F. M. Road 480 lying between the east line of the Camp Verde Store property and the point of intersection with the relocated route of F. M. Road 480 at
