and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11483 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SPICER RANCH NO. THREE
On this the 30th day of November 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Spicer Ranch
No. Three, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the road
easements dedicated for public use and further that Kerr County does not assume responsibili-
ty for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.
It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners Court, relative to the
roadways shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat before it will be accepted
for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.
