day of December 1971 at 10:00 o'clock A.T•T., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the Following officers present:

N0. 11485 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of December 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,

County Law Library, Jury, Flood Control Plaintenance, General Road & Bridge/and Public
^ Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1449 thru 1453 ,
Voucher Nos. 30699 thru 30838,
which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

N0. 11486 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUN'1'Y AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of December 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore upor. motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 13th day of December 19'71, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the December 1971 payday
be set for December 23, 1871 for officials, employees and allowances.

NO. 11488 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYBIEBIT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Un this the 13th day of December 1y71, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the annual payment to the
Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of '$2500.00, drawn on the General Fund,
toward the care of indigent patients for the year 1971.
