On this the 13th day of December 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimo~zsly approved by the Court that the County Judge
be authorized to advertise for bids for one 1972 four door sedan for the Kerr County
Sheriff`s Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bid price to include trade-in allowance for one 1969 Ford four door sedan less radio
and othfrr special police equipment.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., January 10, 1972, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published December 15 and 22, 1971, in the official newspaper of Kerr
County, 'Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Un this the 13th day of December 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Sue H. Blume as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said
officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore,
on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Sue H. Blume as Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at $4365.60 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being the 13th day of December 1971, salary payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 13th day of December 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Kenneth Spenrath
for fencing construction on F. M. 13~}1 thru the Ernst Reeh property be accepted, at a cost
of $735.C0 per mile, plus ~a~5.00 for each gate.

Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 262 thru 274, Volume N.

N0. 11493 APPORTIONMENT OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 13th day of December 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
