Un this the 13th day of December 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the request of Robert
LUVe, President of the Kerr County Livestock Show Association, be granted use of the Kerr
County Agriculture Building and surrounding area, January 16, 17 and 18, 1972 for the
purpose of holding the 28th Ar_nual Hi11 Country District Junior Livestock Show, at no
charge other than cleanup.

On this the 17th day of December 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Easement from
Walter Colbath to Kerr County, Texas, covering 1.4 acres out of Survey 1373, P. A. Crenshaw,
Abstract 674 in Prec. No. 4, be accepted and that the Easement be recorded in the Kerr
County Easement Records.
