November 20, 1971 The Honorable Julius R. Neunhoffer County Judge Courthouse Kerrville, Texas Dear Judge Neunhoffer: In March, 1951, prior to your becoming County Judge, the Com- missioner's Court, acting by and through the County Judge, entered into an agreement with the undersigned concerning the building of a fence, underpass and gates on our property which were necessitated by the reworking of Farm to Market Road 1341. I am attaching to this letter a copy of this agreement for your information. The agreement provides in the beginning that upon the written re- quest of the undersigned the County would build fences on the North and South side; of the road, construct an underpass and install necessary gates not to exceed four (4) in number. We desire at this time that this work be performed. We respect- fully request that the fence and/or fences be built and that they be of 8-32 wire with one strand of barbed wire at the bottom and two strands at the top, as setforth in the memorandum, that creosoted posts and steel posts be used with the corner posts to be eight (8) inch tops and line posts to be six inch tops. We desire that a creosoted post be placed in the ground and that at twenty (20) feet a steel post be install- ed, and at another twenty (20) feet another steel post be installed, and then at another twenty (20) feet a creosoted post, that is to say, one creosoted post, two steel posts and then another creosoted post on the field lines fence. Gates to be twelve feet, aluminum gates or type and style agreeable to the Commissioner's Court. It is further our request that the underpass be constructed and that the wooden gates be installed at locations which we have or can agree upon on the ground. For a complete lack of survey and a proper legal description, I am unable at this time to designate specifically these locations, but I can and will on the ground with you or your designated agent designate these areas. Page 2 The Honorable Julius R. Neunhoffer I hope that this request meets favorably with you and the Com- missioner's Court and if you desire additional information, please advise. kot~: Ac7-u c~~ rYP~ o~ ~« GAT~y To OP of M~rp~. oTt-~R -r~~N A--vNINVH RND To bF RbR~~U uAo~/ Respectfully submitted, ~~~~~ Ernst Reeh Stella ~eeh ' . . t :'"tCW nLL F'I:i°d LAY TYiI.'£;C F'Ii~'~ST:'9T~>: :,,.'i3'~!Y Cyr YSRR ~ TI;AT~ the County Co~•sr.;issionars of ':err t%vunty and Grn~t F.ach and wife, :tells Ae,®h~ have this day entorc~e into the follo~.~in, ni;raer•ent. eference ias kib're made to Right-of-b'8y Dertd from Ernst Feeh nr.~3 kifea, .°•te11A neeh~ to the etata~ of Tc>:~.r~ bearing date of the 2nd day of Piarck:' A.D. 1$yl, •.~ovtiring a raa~i-•,rpy through avoid Y:oetc's F+lACe ri^ fully Rt';pwn and A below noeting and near the ;;round and im~~edir t t above n~i11 be the neeting~ about 35 lnche4 wider r: ~bovo tha nQ. ti~~ iz will be two strands a* barbed ~°ira. dll +rirc wi:. boa of gelvan ed w.ir< of standar8 wei;;ht and paPts tr.
