On this the 13th day of March, 1972, came on to be heard and

considered by the Court the .request of :Roland E. Walters to amend
Section "b" of Part II of Order No. 11, 481 as entered by the Court on
the 24th day of November, 1971, as is of record in Volume N, Page 272
of the Minutes of the Court;
And it appearing to the Court that the said Roland E. Walters
has heretofore on the 10th day of Marcr., 1972, delivered to Kerr County
the right-of-~vay instruments concerned with the understanding that his
requested amendment be granted,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner i31.~ee
seconded by Commissioner 13ar~~1 and unanimously ap-
proved by the Court that Paragraph II, Part "b" of said order as ori-
ginally entered be amended by striking the original language thereof and
substituting the following therefor:

"Roland E. Walters or his heirs shall have ceased to be the owner
of record of the tract of land known as the Camp Verde Store Property or
if the store has a cessation of business for a continuous period exceeding
three (3) months, "
