Order Approving Agreement, with Texas Highway
Department for Construction of Stockpass on F.
M. Road 480
On this the 12th day of May, 1972, came on to be considered
by the Court the proposed agreement submitted by the Texas Highway
Department for the construction of a Stockpass on F. M. Road 480 at
Station 246 X00; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County, as a
portion of its right-of-way negotiations with the landowners concern-
ed, agreed to provide for the construction of said Stockpass as is set
forth in Order No. 11, 420 of the m:.nutes of the Court and that Kerr
County is obligated to assume its agreed pro rata share of the cost to
the Texas Highway Department of this structure, it is ordered on

sinner ~E~.~ ` ~~__ and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County accept the proposed agreement and pay the State of Texas
tine agreed sum of $l, 740. 00 in full. settlement of Kerr County's share
of the cost of the structure concerned and that the members of the
Court execute the said agreement on behalf of Kerr County and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the F. M. 480 R.OW Fund in the amount of $1, 740. 00
payable to the Treasurer of the State of Texas, account of Trust Fund
No. 927, said voucher to be in payment of Kerr County's obligation
under the executed agreement.
