Also Quarterly Report of mines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of ~2823.5C. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11503 APPRIiVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SE?~1I-APiNUAL REsOkT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the semi- annual report of all rer,eipts snd disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund ir. the Chas. -- Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the period from July 1,1971, leaving a balance of $3,491.1.6 on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1971. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Cormissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NG. 11504 ORDER SET`1'1NG COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 10th day of January 1972, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various Count;, Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1972, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, acr.ording to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1972. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1972.
