On this the 10th day of January ly•72, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County C1erY., belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day o': December 1971 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of :~S~+yl.l6.
Also Quarterly Report of ~~ines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received snd
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, i.n the amount of ~2823.5C.
it appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed. with. the County Clerk.

annual re Wort of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund ir. the Chas. "'
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her official eapar,ity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from July 1,1971, leaving a balance of X3,491.16 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1971.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.

N0. 11504 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On tY.is the 10th day of January 1972, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there Dame on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various Count,; Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1979, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County v
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1y72.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year :1972.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

N0. 11505 ORDER SET1'1NG PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS
Un this the 10th day of January 1972, at a Regular 'Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1972 as
provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court that
the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis for the year 1972;
