Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NC. 11504 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 10th day of January 1972, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various Count;, Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1972, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S, of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1972.
