ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County C1erY., pelonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands unr.alled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day oL' December 1971 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X3491.16.
Also quarterly Report of r'ines lmposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2823.50.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund ir. the Chas.
Senreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in "~
her official rapacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from July 1,197.1, leaving a balance of X3,491.16 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1971.
It appearing to the Ccurt that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved
by the Court.

NC. 11504 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 10th day of January 1972, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various Count;, Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1972, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S, of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1972.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1972,
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

On this the 10th day of January 1y72, at a Regular term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1972 as
provided for in Article 3y12e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court that
the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis for the year 1y72;
Upor. motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un-
animously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on

It is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this

OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT
On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensati_or. of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and
after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Store and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid
during the year 1972 and until. further orders of the Court to ail Grand Jurors and Petit
Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at 155.00 per day, including those su^~moned but
excused, provided however, that those County and yistrict Court Petit Jurors and Grand
Jurors aetuaily impaneled and sworn, shall be paid X7.50 per day, with such compensation
to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.
