On this the 10th day of January 172, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the Dist riot Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and
after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Store and unanimously approved b;,~ the Court, that the compensation to be paid
during the year 1972 and until. further orders of the Court to all Grand Jurors and Petit
Jurors and Special. Veniremen shall be fixed at ;35.00 per day, including those summoned but
excused, provided however, that those County and District Court Petit Jurors and Grand
Jurors aetual.ly impaneled and sworn, shah be paid X7.50 per day, with such compensation
to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.
