Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which earnings of said Trust Fund whioh have acnrued during the year 19'71 might be expended in furtherance of the purposes for whioh said trust is nreated; And it appearing to the Court that accrued earnings from said Trust Fund for yearn prior to 1971 have been heretofore paid over to Kerr County pursuant to the provisions of slid trust for the purpose of aiding in financing the cost of right-of-way procurement for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16 south of Kerrville as is more particular- ly set forth in Order No. 11,39~~ of the Court as entered on August 9, 19'71; And it further appearing to the Court that the anticipated Hosts of procuring said right-of-way exceed the total funds currently available for expenditure by Kerr County for this purpose, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis- sioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court of Y.err County, acting in its ca parity as Advisory Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, here- by recommends that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles Schreiner Road Fund, expend such funds as shall. accrue as the earnings of said fund for the year 1971 for the purpose of further aiding the Commissioners Gourt of Kerr County in the procurement of rigYrt-of-way for the portion of State Highway 16 as aforesaid; Ard it is further recommended that the Chas. ROAD 480 On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of establishing a procedure for partial payments for fencing to be constructed by Gabriel Mata along F P4 Road 480, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the F.
