On this the 10th day of January, 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund,
pursuant to judgment entered in Cause TTo. 61?_7 on the Docket of the Second Thirty-eigYith
District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of
Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which
earnings of said Trust Fund which have acr.rued during the year 19`71 might be expended in
furtherance of the purposes for which said trust is r,reated;
And it appearing to the Court that accrued earnings from said Trust Fund for years
prior to 1971 have been heretofore paid over to Kerr County pursuant to the provisions of
said trust for the purpose of aiding in financing the cost of right-of-way procurement for
the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16 south of Kerrville as is more particular-
ly set forth in Order No. 11,39~~ of the Court as entered on August 9, 1971;
And it further appearing to the Court that the anticipated costs of procuring said
right-of-way exceed the total funds currently available fcr expenditure by Kerr County
for this purpose, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis-
sioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court of Kerr
County, acting in its rapacity as Advisory Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, here-
by recommends that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles
Schreiner Road Fund, expend such funds ~s shall ac,orue as the earnings of said fund for
the year 1971 for the purpose of further aiding the Commissioners Court of Kerr County in
the procurement of right-of-way for the portion of State Highway 16 as aforesaid;
And it is further recommended that the Chas. Schreiner Bank make payment of such
accrued funds when they ber,ome available to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in the
Highway 16 Hight-of-Way fund within the Y.err County 'Treasury Amount.

NU. 11511 ORDER ESTABLISHING P'tOCEDURE FOR PARTIAL PAYTQENTS FOR FEi!CING FUR F. T2. ROAD 480
On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to he heard and considered by the Court
the matter of establishing a procedure for partial payments for fencing to be constructed
by Gabriel Mata along F P4 Road 480, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the F. P1.
480 Right-of-Way r'und for such partial payments to Gabriel P?ata upon written statement
approving such payment, approval to be evidenced by the joint signatures of the Commissioner

of Precinct No. 2 and the County Judge, provided final payment shall be made only after ,,i-
arceptance by the Commissioners' Court of work performed, and on specific order of the Court. ~/''

On this the 10th day of January 1.972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Gomt!missioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the payment to the Alamo Area Council
of Governments for membership dues for the calendar year 1972, in the amount ofa583.62,
payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
