On this the 10th day of January, 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the	
Court, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees o.` the Charles Schreiner Road Fund,	
pursuant to judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the Docket of the Second Thirty-eighth	
District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of	
Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which	
earnings of said Trust Fund which have accrued during the year 1971 might be expended in	
furtherance of the purposes for which said trust is created;	
And it appearing to the Court that accrued earnings from said Trust Fund for years	
prior to 19"71 have been heretofore paid over to Kerr County pursuant to the provisions of	
slid trust for the purpose of aiding in financing the cost of right-of-way procurement for	
the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 1.6 south of Kerrville as is more particular-	
ly set forth in Order No. 11,39~~ of the Court as entered on August 9, 1971;	
And it further appearing to the Court that the anticipated costs of procuring said	
right-of-way excezd the total funds currently availablz for expenditure by Kerr County	
for this purpose, it is ordered on motion by Com~:issioner Schwethzlm, seconded by Commis-	
sioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court thst the Commissioners Court of Y.err	
County, acting in its rapacity as Advisory Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, here-	
by recommends that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles	
Schreiner Road Fund, expend such funds ~s shall ac,orue as the earnings of said fund for	
the year 1971 for the purpose of further aiding the Commissivners Court of Kerr County in	
the procurement of right-of-way for the portion of State Highway 16 as aforesaid;	
And it is further recommended that the Chas. Schreiner Bank make payment of such	
accrued funds when they become available to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in the	
Highway 16 Right-of-Way r'und taithin the Kerr County 'treasury Acr,ount.

On this the 10th day of January 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court	
the matter of establishing a procedure for partial payments for fencing to be constructed	
by Gabriel Mata along F P-1 Road 4~i0, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered	
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved	
by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the F. P1.	
480 Right-of-Way r'und for such partial payments to Gabriel A1ata upon written statement	
approving such payment, approval to be evidenced by the joint signatures o° the Commissioner	

of Precinct No. 2 and the County Judge, provided final payment shall be made only after	v

acceptance by the Commissioners' Court of workperformed, and on specific order of the Court.

CALENDAR YEAR 1972	
Un this the 10th day of January 1972, upon motivn made by Commissioner Stone, seconded	
	
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the payment to the Aiamo Area Council	
of Governments for membership dues for the calendar year 19"72, in the amount of $583.62,	
payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
