On this the 27st day of January 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Dewberry
Hollow Section One, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways
the road easements dedicated for public use and further, tihat Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so de-
dicated. It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to
the roadways shown on plat, be shown on the face of the plat before it will be accented for
filing in the Plat Record of Kerr County, Texas.

out of the Highway 16 Right-of-4Vay Fund should be promptly invested for a period of six
months pending possible need of this fund for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by
