On this the 21st day of January 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner S-z]lee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Dewberry
Hollow Section One, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways
the road easements dedicated fcr public use and further, tY:at Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so de-
dicated. It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to
the roadways shown on plat, be shown on the face of the plat before it will be accepted for
filing in the Plat Record of Kerr County, Texas.

Cn tr.is the 21st day of January, 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of investing certain funds additionally received and credited to the
Highway 16 Right-of-Way r'und, and it appearing to the Court that the sum of X11,500.00
out of the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund should be promptly invested for a period of six
months pending possible need of this fund for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the
