Court that the sum of 5~11,500.G0 out of the Highway 16 Right-of-Way r'und be invested in an
Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investment
shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificate of Deposit shall be for a
period of six months from date of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the 't'reasurer be authorized to draw a
proper voucher in the amount of °b11,500.00 on the Highway 1.6 Right-of_5gay Fund to effect ~~"
