F. Hernandez, 1625 U.C. & S.F.R.R. and 1182, J. T. Evans, does hereby declare and dPSig- nate the same to be a Second Class County Roadway; And it is Further ordered that pursuant to agreement made with the parties concerned with the granting and opening of this public roadway, Kerr County will pay the sum of $1,5C0.00 to 50y Securities Corp., a 'T'exas Corporation, as partial consideration for the granting of the easement concerned; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $1,500.00 payable to 50y Securities Corp. as payment therefor. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11527 APPROVAL OF REVISED SALARY AhLOCATION FOR THE DISTRICT ATPORNEY'S SECRETARY FOIE THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT On this the 14th day of February 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the revised salary allocation for the District Attorney's Secretary for the 198th Judicial District, be fixed at 3$1436.16 per annum, effective February 1, 1972. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11528 ROADWAY IN RIVERSIDE PARK ADDITIOPT IN PRECINCT 4 NA)vTED AND DESIGNATED AS E.
