Un this the 14th day of February, 172, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of accepting a 40 foot road easement tendered to Kerr County by 509
Securities Corp., et al, which eaee~~ent runs from the end of an existing County Road on
Johnson Creek in a southwesterly direction a distance of 2.756 miles to a point of inter-
section with an existing County Road within the Byas Springs Ranch and it appearing to the
Court that a roadway has heretofore been constructed on the route of the easement con-
cerned, which roadway should be accepted as and declared to be a public roadway for the
purpose of providing improved access to the area presently - - - - - - - - - -
served by the exist i.rg County Road at the southwestern terminus of the tendered easement,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unani-
mously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the offer of 509 Securities
Corp., et al, to grant the aforesaid 40 foot road easement across portions of Surveys 419,
J. F. Hernandez, 1625 G.C. ~ S.F.R.R. and 1182, J. T. Evans, does hereby declare and desig-
nate the same to be a Second Cass County Roadway;
And it is Further ordered that pursuant to agreement made with the parties concerned
with the granting and opening of this public roadway, Kerr County will pay the sum of
X1,500.00 to 509 Securities Corp., a 'T'exas Corporation, as partial consideration for the
granting of the easement concerned;
And it is further ordered that thy. Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a ,~`
voucher on the General Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of X1,500.00 payable to 509
Securities Corp. as payment therefor.
