PdO. 11530 TRANSFER OF 315,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of January 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 315,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

FUND
On this the 14th day of January 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 310,000.00 from the F. M.
Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 480 Right-of-Way Fund.

On this the 18th day of February 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the salary increase for the
Courthouse Custodian, effective February 1, 1972, said salary to be set at .34,760.00 per
annum.

quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the
indebtedness and expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning
Pdovember 1, 1971 and ending January 31, 1972 and the same having been compared and examin-
ed by the Court and found correct.
