On this the 18th day of February 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the salary increase for the
Courthouse Custodian, effective February 1, 1972, said salary to be set at X64,760.00 per
annum.

N0. 11535 APPRUVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND `TABULAR STATEPIENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPEIIDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 18th day of February 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the
quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the
indebtedness and expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the C~uarter beginning
November 1, 1971 and ending January 31, 1972 and the same having been compared and examin-
ed by the Court and found correct.

Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future
reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11536 APPROVAL CF gUART13RLY REPORT OF COUNTY TR~'ASURER
On this the 18th day of February 1972, in Regular P•lonthly Session of the Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the~luarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1971 and ending on the
31st day of January 1972 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the 'treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.
