13th day of March 1972 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

Un this the 13th day of March 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Jury, General,
Officers Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, F. M. Lateral and F. M.
„_, 480 Right-of-Way Funds, as shown i.n the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1473 thru
1476 Voucher Nos. 31435 thru 31584 which were made a part hereof and of this
order.

TIO. 11539 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day oŁ March 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

ORDERING PAYMENT FOR SAME
On this the late. day of March, 1972 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acceptance of the fencing constructed along the Hight-of-Way of F. M. Road
480 by Gabriel Mata pursuant to his bid as accepted by Kerr County as is set forte in
Commissioners Court Order No. 11,45`! recorded in Vol. N, Page 267 of the Minutes of the
Court ;
And it appearing to the Court that the said Gabriel Mata has completed all contract
as well as certain additional fencing satisfactorily and according to specifications, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
