On this the 13th day of March 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Jury, General,
Ufficers Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, F. M. Lateral and F. T•?.
480 Right-of-Way Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1473 thru
1476 Voucher Nos. 31435 thru 31584 which were made a part hereof and of this
order.

TdO. 11539 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of March 1972, came on to be examined by the Court tree various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

ORDERING PAYMF.'NT FOR SAME
On this the 13th day of March, 1972 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acceptance of the fencing constructed along the Right-of-Way of F. M. Road
480 by Gabriel Mata pursuant to his bid as accepted by Kerr County as is set forte in
Commissioners Court Order No. 11,457 recorded in Vol. N, Page 267 of the Minutes of the
Court ;
And it appearing to the Court that the said Gabriel Mata has completed all contract
as well as certain additiona'_ fencing satisfactorily and according to specifications, it
is ordered on motion by Cor.,rnissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid fencing and that

final payment for the contracted fencing as well as certain additional fencing be made in
the amount of X823.59 as is set forth in appendix "A" of this order;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. I'~. 480 ROW Fund in the amount of :$823.59 payable to Gabriel Mata.

N0. 11541 URDER ENDORSING GOALS OF HILL COUNTRY COUNCIL O"T ALCOHOLIST" AND URGING SUPPORT
FOR OBERSERVANCE OF "PREVENT ALCOHOL ABUSE 69EEK"
On this the 13th day of March, 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the
purposes, goals and programs of the Hill Country Council on Alcoholism and it appearing
to the Court that such purposes, goals and programs are directed towards the alleviation
of the increasing problems associated with alcohol and drug abuse in the Hill Country area
and that the Hill Country Council on alcoholism is deemed to be worthy o£ official. and
community support, both moral and financial, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that this
order be entered upon the minutes of the Court as evidence of endorsement of the foregoing
and as further evidence of the Court's support of the week of March 20, 1972, as "Prevent
Alcohol Abuse Week"
