On this the 13th day of March, 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the
purposes, goals and programs of the Hi 1:1 Country Council on Alcoholism and it appearing
to the Court that such purposes, goals and programs are directed towards the alleviation
of the increasing problems associated with alcohol and drug abuse in the Hill Country area
and that the Hill Country Council on alcoholism is deemed to be worthy of official and
community support, both moral and financial, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that this
order be entered upon the minutes of the Court as evidence of endorsement of the foregoing
and as further evidence of the Court's support of the week of March 20, 1972, as "Prevent
Alcohol Abuse Week".

as is of record in Volume N, Page 253 of the Minutes of the Court, and i.t appearing to
the Court that certain subsequent commitments entered into by the Court with other parties
as a necessary incidence to right-of-way procurement for the reconstruction of F. M. Road
480 have served to diminish the possibility of closing as a public roadway those portions
of existing F. M. Road 480 referred to in said Order No. 11,431;
And it further appearing to the Court that the damages and severance damages incurred
by the said R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, as a result of their donations to Kerr
County of the new right-of-way referred to in said Order No. 11,431 is substantially great-
	er than the	parties to the said	agreement at that time calculated, it	is ordered on motion
	by Commissi	oner Stone, seconded	by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously	approved by the
	Court that	the last paragraph o	f the said Order No. 11,431 as entered	by the Court on the
	23rd day of	September, 1971., be	amended to read that Kerr County will	pay the said R. B.

with the understanding that his requested amendment be granted,

unanimously approved by the Court that Paragraph II, Part "b" of said order as originally
entered be amended by striking the original language thereof and substituting the following
therefor:
