M. Road 480 have served to diminish the possibility of closing as a public roadway those portions of existing F. M. Road 480 referred to in said Order No. 11,431; And it further appearing to the Court that the damages and severance damages incurred by the said R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, as a result of their donations to Kerr County of the new right-of-way referred to in said Order No. 11,431 is substantially great- er than the parties to the said agreement at that time calculated, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the last paragraph of the said Order No. 11,431 as entered by the Court on the 23rd day of September, 1971, be amended to read that Kerr County will pay the said R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, or their heirs the sum of X6,000.00 as consideration in the event that the closing and reconveyance of the existing Right-of-Way of F.
