seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

RTO. 11548 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF LEON F. MAPLES, SHERIFF, FOR AUTHORITY TO
DEPUTIZE GLYNN D. WHITE AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 21st day of March 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Leon F. Maples, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Glynn D. White as
Deputy Sheriff, and it appearing that the application should be approved; therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously
approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Glynn D. White as Deputy Sheriff and
that his salary be set at $6,270.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualification, the
same being the 21st day of March 1972, salary payable out of Ufficers Salary Fund.
