Gn this the 10th day of April 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 4,
General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, F. M.
Lateral and F. A1. 480 Right-of-Way Funds, as sYrown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from
page 1.+I?0 thru 1483 , Voucher Nos. 31676 thru ",1812 , which were made a part hereof
and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, came on to be exarined by the Court th	e various
reports of March of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and	the same
	
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true	and correct
and should be approved; therefo!°e upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, secon	ded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports	be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

in the County Clerk's Trust Fund. in the amount of X3350.50.

On this the 10th day of April. 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Sehool Trustee Election held on April 1,
1972, which included:
Hunt Independent School District
Divide Common School District No. 12
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of tY.e opinion that said r. et urns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Yage 124, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Loma Vista Tdo.
Five, provided in so doing Kerr Co unty accepts no responsibilities until. pavement is
completed.

N0. 11559 APPROVAL OF PLA`1' OF UNIT N0. 1 SIERRA DEL SOL
On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Unit No. 1
Sierra Del Sol, provided in so doinf_, Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the
road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repairs, maintenance or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

On this the 10th day of April 1977_, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of 2dannie
Sherman be extended for a period of six months, effective May 1, 1972.
