On this the 10th day of April 1y72, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 1,
1972, which included:

Divide Common School District CSo. 1?
W'rerefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Page 124, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

Five, provided in so doing Kerr County accepts no responsibilities until. pavement is
completed.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Unit No. 1
Sierra Del 501, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the
road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repairs, maintenance or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.
