On ti~is the 10th day oŁ April 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 1,
1y72, which included:
Hunt Independent School District
Divide Common School District IVTO. 12
W'rerefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Page 124, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Masonic Subdivision.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Loma Vista Tdo.
Five, provided in so doing Kerr County accepts no responsibilities until. pavement is
completed.

N0. 11559 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF UD1IT N0. 1 SIERRA DEL SOL
On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Unit No. 1
Sierra Del Sol, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the
road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repairs, maintenance or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

N0. 11560 EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLO'.JANCE OF NANNIE SHERMANI
On this the 10th day of April 1.972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that; the monthly allowance of Nannie
Sherman be extended for a period of six months, effective P4ay 1, 1972.
