On this the 10th day of April. 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie TI. Muerker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Dona
Klingemann as Deputy County Clerk for Absentee Voting, and it appearing that the applica-
tion should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize Dona Klingemann as Deputy County Clerk for Absentee Voting and that she be paid
on an hourly basis, effective the date of her qualification.

N0. 11562 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NOS. 20397, 20398 and 20399
On this the 10th day of April 1972, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Nos. 20397, 20398 and 20399, presented to the Court by Juanita
Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
reasons set out in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient:
it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and signed by
the County Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 10th day of April 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Curt unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum oŁ 310,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.
