Basle property which marks the beginning point to four connecting public road ease- ments executed in the year 1957, and which are of record in Vol. 3, Page 226, Page 228, Page 229 and Page 231 of the Easement Records of Kerr County; And it appearing further to the Court that the public interests in this and similar public roadways require protect :ion from unauthorized obstructions erected by private parties, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County employ the professional services of Mr. Thomas W. Pollard of the Law Firm of Pollard and Pollard as Special Attorney for Kerr County for the purpose of intervention in the aforesaid Cause P1o. 451 with the aim of preserving and protecting the right of free and uninterrupted public usage of the portion of the public roadway aforesaid through the Richard F.
